The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of blankets and king sized pillows for all. The hot tub was in perfect condition and was thoroughly enjoyed as it was 10-18 degrees all weekend. We planned to ski all week, but weather had other plans and closed all the lifts, so we had a lot of extra time at the house. We lost electricity and they were out within 45 minutes to hook up the generator for us. Owner/Mgmt company was super responsive to any messages sent. The house itself is beautiful and is a perfect ski chalet vibe. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by all.House was about 10-15 minutes from Suglarloaf. 5-10 Minutes from the local bowling alley (Sugar Bowl) which was also a savior during the lift closures. We appreciated it being clean and there was even firewood! Also instructions and supplies to balance the hot tub PH and such was great. Just a heads up that there weren’t all that many towels, so you might want to bring your own. Also the instruction for when you get there were wrong - said it was on the right when it’s on the left. When we arrived one of the doors to the bedrooms as locked. We managed to get the door open with a Bobby pin, but it was a bit concerning at fist that there wouldn’t be enough beds. The check in / out process was smooth and easy. The main living area was well set up. We spent a great deal of time chatting around the bar and table in the open concept set up, as well as on the spacious deck. The hot tub was the best one we've encountered in our travels, my group of golfer particularly enjoyed its foot massager function! There were plenty of beds and all were comfortable. Couldn’t find a dumpster anywhere on the property or road, ended up having to bring it home in a car. But over all was a great place to stay. May go back again with family. It looked just like the pictures, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was great. I'm taking away 1 star because the door code we received in the email was incorrect. No one in our party of 6 had cell reception and calls weren't going through to the property manager once we connected to WiFi from outside the house either. We had to drive a couple miles back down the road to contact the property manager and receive the correct door code. Other than that, everything else was great! We cooked dinner on the grill, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels & bedding for our party of 6\.
