The breakfast area was so small and crowded. The washroom was in the corner and you actually had to ask people to move to get into it. I had to wait at the front for about 15 mins when I got there to check in because only one person was working. It looked like she was maybe cleaning rooms as well. In the morning we had to wait for food because the poor woman working the breakfast area was also working the front desk and who knows what else. It wasn’t the worst hotel but I felt bad for the staff

Friendly, helpful staff and the bedding was very comfortable. Good breakfast and selection. There were many ant traps in the dining area, which could have been moved between the hours that the meal was being served. Overall, we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. When we first checked in the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. It sounded like it was about to die. Michaela was able to switch us to another room but they didn’t have a room with 2 beds. Our son had to sleep on the couch which was a sofa bed. The manager wasn’t available to see if she could anything to compensate us for our inconvenience. Michaela assured me the manager would be contacting me. They have a laundry room but are not able to provide change or exchange from dollars to Canadian money. Walmart was able to help us when we purchased something they gave us change in Canadian money.

Thought the rooms were very clean, the hotel was quiet, and the beds comfortable. I had to wait at least 5-7 mins before a staff person came to the front desk but we did check in at 11:00pm. Overall would stay again!

When we arrived, Mikaela at reception was lovely. There were cookies and lemon-infused water for us. The room is spacious. Full sized fridge. Keurig with pods for our convenience. Breakfast till 9am. Highly recommend!
