The condo appeared clean until I looked at the bottom of my feet and they were black so obviously they don’t mop the floors. The dishwasher in the main kitchen had water in the bottom of it and the door to it was very hard to shut and it wouldn’t start. Therefore texted them about this and they said would have a new one installed the next day and then they texted back saying it wouldn’t be installed now and to use the spare dishwasher in the bedroom. So we had to drag the dirty dishes from main kitchen to bedroom. Also there was beeping noise that went off every 60 seconds making it hard to sleep the first night. They did fix it the next day. The only thing that was really nice was the pool. We were actually disappointed in this property. ##### Rebecca S. The dishwasher in the main kitchen was pulled out from under the counter by 2 inches and didn't work. We reported it immediately and it was never fixed or replaced during our 1 week stay.2\. Rent Branson told us to use the dishwasher in the smaller condo, but it was very loud and disturbing.3\. The sink in the main kitchen leaked.4\. The light and fan above the stove did not work.Of all of these issues, only one was addressed. The maintenance man came and caulked the sink drain.I asked Rent Branson for a partial refund and my request was ignored.These issues contributed to a less than pleasurable vacation. ##### Tom N.
