Summary: Tucked within a delightful resort in the Ozark Mountains, Boatin’ and Floatin’ Here at the Lake is a scenic family-friendly getaway. It is a serene respite from the humdrum of city life. The Space: Welcome to Boatin & Floatin on Table Rock Lake! This condo oozes a cozy, inviting vibe — with dewy white walls and a chic, minimalist decor. The living room has a comfy seating area, a smart TV and a spacious private deck with gorgeous lake views. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is bright and roomy, stocked with modern cabinetry and appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The counter provides an extra seating for 2, while the 4-seater dining table is perfect for hearty family meals. The home accommodates 8 guests in total, between the 2 bedrooms and a Queen sleeper sofa. #Bedroom 1 comes with a queen-size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. #Bedroom 2 has 2 queen-size beds and a TV. There is an additional shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In the resort take advantage of the beautiful outdoor pool. Also, take advantage of a boat ramp at the resort as well as boat/trailer parking. Helpful instructions were located in a folder INSIDE the condo. It was just one thing after another. Location is wonderful for the Lake & marina as well as easy to get to Branson activities! Be aware if you have stayed at this property before that the upper half of the property is being sold and currently closed making it appear abandon & not maintained. No impact to this unit or any others down by the Lake, but This impacts the large pool, mini-golf and dock access to the Lake if you’re used to having those things from a previous visit. ##### Thomas D. The ads show a boat ramp and dock but don't mention those are not for renters but owners only! Once inside, the condo was basicly great with only minor dings! Comfy master bed. The entrance is tucked away behind the other units, down about 25 stairs but that was fine for us.
