Bunk beds for the kids and a fun downstairs area they could hang out in. The main level had great sunset views. It was very convenient to have bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms. We had 17 people and did not feel cramped. It was also one of the best places we have rented that was so equipped for kids. The home had cribs, high chairs, booster seats, bibs, baby plates with utensils. We didn't need to pack a thing. The deck had wonderful views of the lake and it was covered from the sun! You can't talk about this place without mentioning the views. Sitting outside for a sunset over Table Rock was one of our favorite things about our stay. The house is spacious and left plenty of room for the kids to play or hangout and the adults to relax upstairs. Located near good food and dessert options and just a few minutes up the road from a really fun campground that has great lake swimming and fishing. This house was clean, nicely furnished, and packed with fun things to do for both children and adults. We are BIG Christmas lovers and brought extras we didn’t need in the way of Christmas decorations. The house had not only one but TWO beautifully decorated trees and many other CMAS decorations. The house was well-suited to a large family of 7 children with spouses and grandchildren. Very clean and comfortable with games, beach towels provided, kitchen amenities, hot tub, and 3 swimming pools to choose from. About 30 minutes driving time to the Branson strip, but we didnt find the drive aggravating...it's a beautiful area to travel in. There is no access to the lake from the house, but What's Up Dock had a great boat rental service and right next to them was Pier 28 Pizza & Grill which had outdoor seating with fun turtle feeding for the littles in our group. This is such a great family-friendly area to vacation, and this home was the perfect anchor point with its lovely deck and glorious view. The kids said they would love to come back again. Parking for 5 cars directly in front of the house, one crib, a pac&play, high chair, and gates on the stairs to keep the littles safe were some other extras provided. Great place! ##### Kris B.
