You can walk across the road, clip on your skis and ski down behind McGinty Landings Complex to the Base. If you have small children, this might be tricky for them depending on their ability. There you can get on the Express Quad to the summit. Coming back, simply peel off at the Ski Bridge, ski down behind Purcell Condos back onto Dogwood Drive. There is then a short (1 block) walk back into the condo. It just doesn't get any closer for True Ski-In/Ski-Out. The unit is cozy, warm and has everything you will need for that perfect family getaway to the mountains. Just bring some food, drinks and friends. We have everything else covered. The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you'll need, comfortable living space and great beds. It really is a great location for all of your adventures. Our hosts Tracy and Tony were kind, gracious and very helpful—accommodating not only my family to their space but in answering any and all questions I had as well as quickly responding to a small issue with a toilet. The unit was warm and inviting as well as being clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The area was quiet with a lovely green space in the backyard where we were treated to watching some deer and playful squirrels. The only “complaint” I would have, and this is to no fault of the hosts at all, is some misinformation on the booking website which says there is private parking, which for me is pretty important as I’m disabled, and came to find out that there is no private parking but communal parking so for anyone like me, who has a disability that affects mobility, that is something to keep in mind. Would absolutely book here again. Thank you so much Tony and Tracy for allowing my family and I to stay while we were in Kimberley for the Figure Skating competition. ##### Jennifer S. The best part is we were able to bring our dogs because without that we would have not been able to take a holiday. The condo was comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked. It could use some maintenance however. The biggest surprise was a sign inside saying no dogs on the beds or furniture. Perhaps I missed reading this somewhere, but beware if you have dogs who are used to going on the furniture. We really enjoyed Kimberley and highly recommend this area if you want to explore the outdoors! ##### Meghan M. Very clean, quiet at night, very well stocked with everything you need. We used the condo for the bride to get ready for the wedding and it was fabulous! This place is spacious, clean and lovely! However, I would not call it “true ski-in/ski-out” though, as need to walk cross a road and parking lot, hike around and behind a building and then it’s a narrow and steep path to get down to the hill. On the way back it’s also a trek; across other condo properties and then a walk across more parking lots. Hard for younger kids and not really doable to quickly pop back for lunch. ##### Carrie P. The hot tub was a huge highlight especially after skiing. The ski in and ski out were a little tricky for beginner skiers. We loved having the ground level to let our dog out.
