We arrived to the fireplace on, a defuser, wine and chocolates and a lovely note from the rental company. What a lovely welcome. We had great communication all along and were reminded that they were there for anything we needed. The unit has a wonderful view and is very comfortable. There is a slow cooker in the kitchen that we used to make chilli. Lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers as well.
