Private entrance, quiet neighborhood, peaceful space featuring one cozy bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. 42" Smart TV, Fast internet, recliner, work desk, microwave, Whether you’re relaxing inside with heating or cooling, the environment stays comfortable year-round. This awesome studio offers a simple, enjoyable retreat for travelers seeking a quiet, homelike getaway. Fenced in backyard, and free parking outside the door, or in one space of the two car garage. Bus stops right outside the door, and Kimball has two buses a day to Denver's DIA airport. We hope you will enjoy what our place and and the friendly little town of Kimball has to offer. One month minimum stay
