DO NOT USE Manager stated since we used a 3rd parry reservation, we would have to wait an HOUR. Then he stated he didn't have our room and that we would have to call Expedia. Then he stated he could not change our room or get us an alternate room unless Expedia changed it in his system. Absolutely horrible and disgraceful behavior. This property should not be listed in Expedia if the manager treats the customers like this.

I paid extra for a luxury room but it was very average at best. There were no towels or wash cloths in the room, had to dry off with a bed sheet. There was also old drinks in the mini fridge.

It was good. Bed was just really uncomfortable. Thats really our only compliment. Also that there is no cameras out side. We were there on business and my husband had alot of expensive tools on his truck. We were worried they might get stolen.

The room was nice and clean along with the beds being comfy. The door needs to be adjusted and was hard to open. I locked myself out of the room so I had to go get a key to let me in and the person at the desk was rude and had an attitude.

Worst experience ever terrible place we checked in at 3pm went to our room it was so hot inside we could barely stand it the room smelled so bad of cigarettes. The bathroom bent was missing the cover so dirt and dust was getting everywhere. We turned the AC on & it wasnt even cold at all we left for about an hour to see if that helped & came back nothing it was still unbelievably hot inside. We checked out around 4:30pm the lady at the front desk didnt even seem to care about the issues or how unsatisfied we were. We wont ever be renting a room there again!!!

They need to take continental breakfast off of their website because they do not offer one they had a dusty old looking coffee maker on a dirty countertop. I had to ask for another room because the first first room I was given was disgusting. The door stuck, once I opened it the floor was warped and the room had flies and a bad smell. There was mold in the bathroom and the room was dusty. The second room I got was better but I would NEVER stay there again.

The worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever
The rooms were horrible. The first room they gave us, had a door that had to be lifted in order to get the door latched. The toilet would not flush and sewer water was standing in the bath tub. The second room they gave us did not even have the toilet plumed up. The toilet wasn't even setting over the sewer hole in the floor and the room smelled like sewer. I requested our money back and they refused to refund my money so that I could go find a suitable place to stay. The Third room the gave us was OK. As for the Continental Breakfast, they don't provide one, There was a bear counter top with a thermos coffee holder. It had hot water in it, NOT EVEN COFFEE. This was the worst experience at a Hotel I've ever had. I will probably won't use Hotels.com again. Nothing was as advertised.

First of all I am handicapped. I can walk but very painful. Our room was on second floor and only stairs!!! Very difficult. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom made me cringe. New surround tub walls but mold in creases and floor corners weren’t sealed properly. Amateur work. Corners on floor dirty. Not housekeeping fault. Vent not flush with wall. Drawer on nightstand would not stay shut. Front door damaged and not flush with frame and floor. No place in bathroom to hang clothes. The drain in tub looked like workers had dumped paint down drain. Puny towels . Flooring in room was nice and clean. Like I say the problems can’t be corrected by housekeeping. Will never stay again. Exposed outlets in lobby and zero breakfast. $200 for two nights is ludicrous!! Desk manager very nice.

Had to wait for Manager to check us in and was hungry, lady at desk gave room assigned to someone else while gone to eat while waiting for Manager to return. She apparently lacks knowledge in how to get people in rooms and check the reservations. Address shows South Pittsburg, but in Kimball so was not on GPS, had seen day before while getting breakfast or would not have found.

Not good.
Desk attendant was very nice, check in was quick and easy. The room was pretty bad unfortunately. Very dusty, old and outdated furniture, bathroom was dirty and the shower/tub looked very old and not well cared for. Linens were dingy and not white and towels were rough. Room itself smelled moldy and like cigarette smoke. Def would not stay here again. I maybe slept 3 hours. There was a gap above the door as the door was not plumb. I finally stuffed a towel in it hoping no bugs would get in.

The beds were wonderful. The entrance door (leading outdoor) had a very large gap all around!! If it had been a cold winter night the occupants would freeze! The refrigerator and the microwave pulled out of the cabinets as we tried to open/operate them and the contents of the fridge fell out when we opened it. There was a noticeable dip in the floor near the area of the counter/sink, And the hotel advertised a free breakfast but only provided coffee. Also. to get to the hotel building we had to drive through an unpaved bumpy area. It was a good thing we had a pick up truck. We will not be returning! Very disappointing!

I was not expecting something great and grand, but was expecting something at least decent. The staff was the only decent thing really and even then it was a hey here's the key, bye here's the key interaction. It says breakfast is included, but there was NO breakfast, only coffee. It's in a populated area which was nice, but they did not have an entrance. There was a dirt/rocky pathway to get to the hotel due to construction in front of it. The hotel itself was kinda sketchy. The room REEKED of cigarette smoke and had just an overall unclean feeling to it. We almost left and got another room at any of the places around it.

It had a bed, TV, bathroom. It was clean. Least expensive in the surrounding area and it shows. The floor had holes underneath the tiles and that let the vinyl tile sink and crack in several places. Missing vinyl tiles in the bathroom. While not mold, the caulking around the tub was very dark. Light leaked in on all four sides of the door. Left 6 inches of drape was pulled off the rod. Bed support was showing it's age.

Thank God it was clean, no bugs and close to lots of stores. Disappointed that there's at least 1 1/2 inches see through under our rooms front door. Air comes right through there. That also can be dangerous.

No blankets on the beds and we had to enter the parking lot through a construction site check in attendant made us feel like we were bothering her if it wasn’t for a hot shower and warm heater I would have looked elsewhere to spend the night

Not great.
Driveway to get into hotel was completely torn up, with poor signage. TV had to be reset to work. Knob to turn on lamp was broken off (so we couldn't use it). One of the outlets on the table lamp didn't work. 17% tax charged for the pet fee? Also, local teens gather in the parking lot behind the hotel pumping the base in their cars. Very loud.

It was horrible!!! The floors seemed to be caving in. There was no real road to enter the property. Room service came to my room before check time as if I was checked out. Terrible service! Not friendly at all!

Hotel was kind of ran down in ways, bed wasn't comfortable, and there were holes in the bathroom wall and the sink leaked everywhere, every time we used it. It was close to everything and the lady in front desk was super nice. Be prepared that your booking is the correct number of people, they charge $20 each per person that isn't on your booking.
