This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo provides true ski-in/ski-out access on Killington's Great Eastern Trail (weather permitting). Designed for up to 4 guests, it features a king bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the cozy living area. The open-concept living space offers a wood-burning stove (firewood included), smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Step onto the private deck with a BBQ grill and unwind in the outdoor hot tub under the stars (hot tub fee applies mid-March to mid-December). After a long day, rejuvenate in the cedar sauna or enjoy the spacious bathroom with a tub and shower. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, private parking, and pet-friendly accommodations (pet fee applies). Perfectly located, this slopeside retreat is minutes from Killington's shops, dining, nightlife, and outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and biking. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates. • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement. • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines. • Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property. • Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house. • Check-In/Out: Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. • Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house. • Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. The ski-in/ski-out location right next to the trail was absolutely perfect and made skiing with our family of four incredibly easy and enjoyable. The place was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the wood-burning fireplace—it made the evenings cozy and memorable after long days on the slopes. The outdoor jacuzzi was the highlight for us, the perfect spot to relax and unwind after skiing. Overall, an ideal place for a family ski trip, and we would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect on the Great Eastern ski trail and discounted lift tickets a plus. Appreciate that it's dog friendly. Hot tub and sauna were awesome. Wood burning stove was great. That said, place is a bit dated and finishings definitely on the cheaper side. Formica (not granite) counters were starting to peel. Several burners on the stove wouldn't light without using the lighter from the fireplace. Coffee maker was missing a piece or a bad design and leaked 20% of your coffee on the counter. Burn marks in the carpet. Couches were hard and felt like a doctor's office waiting room, etc. Heat was inconsistent across rooms - we turned down the heat in the living room to 65 but it was too hot in the bedroom to sleep, probably 75 or 80, and so had to open the window. Mind you it was -3F some nights and required constant fiddling to get the temp right, and so I could only get a few hrs sleep at a time before waiting up to adjust. Can’t beat the location as long as the Great Eastern run is open. The 1-bed condo is very comfortable for a family with 1 or 2 kids, kitchen is well-equipped, we don’t even go out, just bring our food and wine with us. And the hot tub is outstanding, really one of the best private tubs we’ve ever had. All in all can’t recommend it higher. ##### Eric W. Property managers were attentive and helpful. We had 12 inches of snow and the roads and parking lot were cleared right away. Great spot for getting outside and on to the mountain ASAP. Loved the wood stove and our two kids really enjoyed the huge hot tub on the deck. Loved the private hot tub and the sauna! Our stay was very comfortable. The location is great too. We got over 2 feet of snow during our stay, every morning the management company came to shovel our deck and front walkway as well as the driveway/parking lot. Unit had sauna and hot tub - perfect for relaxing morning or night. TVs were great. Setup of the unit was perfect. Only negatives (if I was to be nitpicky) was that the water pressure of the shower was weak and the mattress was hard. But I would 100% recommend this place to a friend or book again for another stay. Ski trail wasn’t open yet for ski on/ski off option, but it was still extremely convenient to ski Killington for the day. Tip: Bring your own detergent if you’d like to use the washer.
