Contact us for details. • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement. • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. We were 5 and enjoyed the place very much. Since this unit is so close to one of the trails - Bear Cub- we would suggest walking up the slight hill and ski down to Bear mountain directly instead of skiing down to Sunrise and having to take the extra chair lift.
