Book your stay today and experience Killington's premier slopeside retreat! • Shuttle Service / Ski On Ski Off: Our private shuttle runs three trips in the morning from the house to the lifts and two trips in the afternoon from the lifts back to the house during ski days, starting with Christmas Week reservations. Guests can also ski back home via the Highridge Trail by taking the right-side trail from Snowshed, eliminating the need for the shuttle on the return trip. • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement. • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Overoccupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines. • Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property. • Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house. • Check-In/Out: Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. • Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. The house is absolutely stunning, and the view is as picturesque as it gets.
