Your dates may fall under early/late season rates. • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement. • Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds and loft. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder(s). • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. We absolutely loved the house and the property, the pictures really don't do it justice. There was more than enough space for everyone. The views are unreal and the backyard area was really nice for playing yard games. Betsie & Kevin went above and beyond for us. On our way up to start our weekend Betsie called me to let me know there was an issue with the house that came up very unexpectedly and we might be able to stay. Half our group was already in the area and I was panicking. Betsie stayed in touch with me my whole drive up and even called VRBO with me to try and find a solution. Ultimately, the issue at the house was able to resolved and we had no disruptions to our weekend. Kevin & Betsie were both so nice and helpful, I can't say enough about how much we appreciated them working with us to make our weekend happen. ##### Nicole S.
