Relax after a long day on the mountain and warm your toes in front of the fire. Use the well appointed kitchen for preparing meals or head out to one of Killington's many fine restaurants. Enjoy the beautifully tiled kitchen and bathroom, with all the comforts and conveniences of home. We're also walking distance to many places. Our condo sleeps two people in the master bedroom king bed with ensuite bathroom and another two people on the sofa bed in the main studio. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. • You must sign and return our written rental agreement. • The pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. The bathrooms needed some TLC (pealing wallpaper, rusty heat registers and what looked like mold). The bedroom rug was pretty worn and needed cleaning. The cleaning staff prayed an overwhelming amount of air freshener in the unit. Sorry to be so critical but for 300 per night we could have stayed at the resort. Clean and well equipped. I communicated with management several times, before and during our stay, and responses were very prompt. We enjoyed lunch one day, and dinner the next, at the Rivershed just 1/4 mile away - great food and atmosphere. We also had breakfast at the Back Country Cafe next door to the condo complex. Also very good. Our only complaint would be that the sofa bed in the living-room was quite uncomfortable. I t might benefit from a new mattress. We arrived during a snowstorm and the management did a great job keeping up with snow removal over the duration of the storm. ##### Jeanne W. They have kcups, filters, moka pots everything you need. We had a small issue and Jordan fixed handled it wonderfully. Living room area is newly renovated, but the bedroom carpet and bathroom need a bit of TLC, but are very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Amazing location. 9 minutes to the slopes. Clean, and everything in good working order. Had some minor trouble with a circuit breaker which property management quickly responded to.
