We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. We really like the neighborhood and the proximity to all we want to see and do. This condo was spacious and more than enough for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was great. We had everything we needed to be self-sufficient for the week and feel like we were at home. The management company was very good to work with, and communications were always quick and painless.
