Welcome to our beautiful 4BR/2BA mountain retreat in Killington, Vermont. Perfectly positioned for ski-in/ski-out access to Pico Mountain, this fully renovated two-story home combines comfort, style, and convenience for the ultimate vacation experience. As you step into our home, you'll be welcomed by the inviting ground floor. This area boasts a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, perfect for those who love to cook. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where you can enjoy your meals with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The cozy living room, complete with a warming wood stove, offers a tranquil space to relax after a day on the slopes. You'll also find a spacious deck complete with a charcoal grill, ideal for those chill-out barbecue evenings with family and friends. This floor also houses two bedrooms, one featuring a king and another adorned with a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom is conveniently located for these bedrooms. The lower level of the house continues the cozy, stylish theme. Here you'll find a family room - perfect for late-night games or movie nights. A mudroom provides ample space to store your skiing gear. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor, both furnished with sturdy bunk beds. One of these bedrooms also has an additional twin bed. A full bathroom is available on this level for convenience and privacy. This home is your perfect base for a memorable mountain getaway, whether you're an adventure-seeker or simply wish to enjoy Vermont's natural beauty. SKI ON/OFF PICO MOUNTAIN Walk out the lower ski room right onto the "Sundowner" trail at Pico Mountain. Ski down to the "Knomes Knoll" lift and you'll be skiing Pico! At the end of the day, head to that same lift to go back to the house or, if it's closed, use the Summit Lift and cut through trails to get back to the house. All trails are snow-dependent! This was a Dad’s and Sons trip and everyone had a blast. Definitely need a 4x4 for the winter. House was clean and had everything we needed to eat, sleep and be merry. Check in check out was seamless. One item to note is the house rules/details are a bit generic for( I’m thinking ) other properties. The rules said fireplace was out of service but after contacting the host we found it working just fine and used it the whole weekend (and the solo stove outside). ##### Mark C.
