Asked owner not once or twice but three times if heated pool and sauna were open during my stay there. Yes was the answer and when I arrived it was indeed closed. Wanted to soak in tub or jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. However both tubs are old plastic tubs that are cracked and leaking. Vacasa did refund 50% of my money however this the second time in a row that a Vrbo rental had false advertising! Not sure why Vrbo always the property management companies to advertise without doing a proper inpesction of said rentals. ##### Charles O. Right off the access road from Killington. The building is next to the spa and pool. The association was quick to plow the roads and entryways during our stay which made our morning get out to ski easy. It was nice to enjoy a real wood fireplace which made it warm and cosey. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep our meals. The area has many restaurants as well near by. For those with furry friends with them this had to be the most friendly place we have stayed. I stayed here for a long weekend last year, and it was great. This year, the condo wasn't cleaned before we got there. There were no clean towels, the people that stayed in the place before left it a mess. Calling Vacasa was a nightmare. They had issues with the llocal management company. It took over 3 hours to get someone to clean, no one was able to tell me what was going on, and one person , John tried to tell me it's my fault they couldn't relocate us because we have dogs. The kitchen floor was broken and smelled like urine. I think they knocked off the cleaning fee, but said they can't do anything else. Horrible local management company. We were excited until we opened the door to the unit to see the cleaning staff just starting to clean the unit. We didn’t want to rush them for obvious reasons. We wanted a clean unit. 6pm and still cleaning. No communication from vacasa after several attempts to help rectify the situation. I’ve only received these standard messages. It is convenient to the spa (part of Woods complex), and we enjoyed a great stay with no problems to speak of.
