Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Giselle. I enjoyed my stay & the convenience to everything. The hotel could use some updates, but for the price & location it was overlooked. Room was clean, spacious & had a decent kitchen. Great stay! Memorable event.

Absolutely a wonderful experience the hot tub relaxed me and I had the best night sleep. The room was very clean and had everything it was supposed to have no false advertising here if your in the area and looking for a place to stay this is the place!

Pool ac wasn't working so back door was open to outside hot tube which wast operating or filled. Flowerbox outside was filled with cat poop. Rebar sticking out of cement in pool area. Stearwells carpet wasnt vacuumed can see dirt and debris.. room was fine but carpet had stains and could see spots where carpet was tired. I didnt use kitchen but stove was dirty inside. Walls had tape on them guess left over from last party or something... for 95 a night its cheap for a room with a kitchen but wont be back

Hotel was spacious and clean, gym and pool were very nice. We also enjoyed dinner next door at the taqueria restaurant. We even met the owner. He was great. Only suggestion would be a quarter machine and vending machine for laundry purposes.

Hotel was nice and clean. However there was no shower curtain in the tub no extra tissue paper. For a 100.00 plus a night there should be some type of free breakfast, full or continental. No coffee or juice.

Terrible staff. Seemed like a bad element in the area. Couldnt provide enough towels for the rooms or the pool area. Sauna was out of order. Was supposed to be pet friendly but was just aloud pets to stay. Not handicap efficient at all. Would not recommend for families. Am expecting a refund for most of my stay due to so many complaints to management.

The stay was great, and desk personnel took care of all needs. Room was good, and so was the parking area . The only thing that needs attention is ceiling paint above pool, sauna door wouldn't shut all the way, and one of the pool rules paper needed changed out due to moisture. Not a big deal, but does need attention. Also has a hot tub, and workout room. This hotel has it all! Mexican restaurant is attached to the hotel, so you can get food and breakfast there. We will be using this hotel for now on when in Killeen visiting my son & his family at Ft. Hood Army Base.

Pros: Clean and very big room, has kitchen, TV, fridge, couch, check-in/out was a breeze. Front desk was friendly. Cons: The printer was almost out of toner and the computer connected to the printer was unbelievably slow, but I just connected printer cable to the laptop and it worked fine. No breakfast and for water they have a vending machine.

My stay was nice. Staff was polite to my dog and I ( I have a Labrador so I was a bit nervous ). Easy access to take pets outside when needed. Overall I would rate this stay a 4.6 Reason I’m not giving it a 5 is because the building could use minor upgrades. But I would stay here again.

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER
WHERE TO START WITH THIS. FIRST, UPON ARRIVAL INTO OUR ROOM, THE CARPET WAS TORN IN MULTIPLE AREAS, THE FURNATURE IS CHEWED ON AND SCRATCHED PRETTY BAD, THERE WERE DIRTY CHILDRENS UNDERWARE IN THE CLOSET, ONE OF THE CHAIRS AT THE DINNET TABLE HAD A CONDOM STUCK TO THE SIDE AND WHAT APPEARD TO BE HUMAN DNA SPLATTERED AROUND THE SEAT. THERE WAS DOG POOP BEHIND THE COUCH AND TENNIS BALLS UNDER THE COUCH. THE TOWELS WERE STAINED AND DIRTY. I WENT TO THE FONT DESK THE FIRST NIGHT AND INFORMED THEM OF WHAT WE HAD FOUND AND ASKED THAT SOMONE CONTACT ME TO FIX IT. NO ONE EVER DID. WE CALLED THE SECOND NIGHT AND AGAIN WE WERE JUST TOLD THAT THE OWNER WOULD BE NOTIFIED. I EVENTUALLY WENT AND PURCHASED CLEANING SUPPLIES AND WE SCRUBBED THE ROOM DOWN OURSELVES. THE BED FRAME IS VERY THING AND WAS BENDING WHEN WE WOULD GET INTO IT, THE BLANKET IS 2 SHEETS WITH A MATRESS COVER PLACED INBETWEEN, AND THE BED ITSELF IS VERY SIMLIAR TO SLEEPING ON A SOLID GROUND. THE PULL OUT COUCH HAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE OLD BLOOD STAINS ON IT AND SMELLED HORRIBLE OF WET DOG. WE BOOKED 2 ROOMS (140 AND 136) WHICH COST US OVER $1,000.00 FOR 4 NIGHTS. I CONTACTED HOTELS.COM WHERE WE BOOKED AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PROPERTY HAS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. WE PLAN TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND MAKE EVERY ATTEMP IN GETTING OUR MONEY BACK. CONSDERING WE TRAVELED FROM CALIFORNIA TO TEXAS TO VISIT OR SON AT FORT CAVAZOS, THIS WAS HORRIFIC. UNFORTUNALLY WITHOUT A REFUND WE COULDN'T BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE ONCE WE GOT THERE.
