All Dare County public beach accesses are free of charge. Be aware of rip current warnings, beach flags, and other weather-related alerts. The Outer Banks is known for palmetto bugs, which resemble roaches but are harmless. Midge bugs, which resemble mosquitoes, are very common and harmless. We ended up arriving just after dark, so it was a little hard to find the building but instructions for entering the condo were great! The decor in the space is very modern and it was spotless in terms of cleaning. It was typically quiet except for the occasional heavy walker upstairs. We didn't know the community was extremely popular for trick or treaters and made the mistake of coming in from errands after sunset. The street was packed!!! Lesson learned on that one! Lol. We liked the location as it was close to where our family was staying. The place itself was beautiful inside - the beds super comfortable and everything was clean. Yuliya communicates quickly and thoroughly. We had no issues during our stay but I knew if we did she would respond quickly.
