Whip up your favorite dish in the well-appointed kitchen—which also boasts a breakfast bar with barstool seating for four—and gather around the glass-top dining room table to enjoy your homemade meal or to engage in a game night with family and friends.

If you want to enjoy the sunshine without wandering away from the house, head up to the top-level deck, where you can also enjoy some ocean views! A cozy loft area on the top level also features a couch w/ sleeper sofa and a coffee table - an excellent place for the kids to play or for those who want a little privacy to hang out during their stay.

If you’ve had enough sun for one day but still want to enjoy an ocean breeze, the mid-level deck just off the living area is the perfect spot to relax with a good book or simply take in the scenery. Great location in Kitty Hawk
Great location, walking distance from grocery, putt-putt, and the beach. Everything as advertised, plenty of kitchen, bathroom, parking, everything you need. Hard to find such a reasonably priced property with the location, four queen+ sized beds and a shared room for the kids. Very happy with our stay.

Awesome place
We had stayed here during July 4th weekend with a large group. This place is designed in a wonderful way which offers togetherness with a lot of privacy and comfortable stay. We will always recommend this place to our friends. Also, beach is at walking distance and was very convenient for our group. Tim was a wonderful host . We had a problem in microwave and he arranged the replacement pretty soon.

This house was the perfect spot for a multi family beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with things for cooking. The beach was .2 miles from the house and so easy to access. A wonderful stay.

Cute property located close to the beach. Bedrooms were decent size. Open living room loft area was really nice. 10 of us went and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. Loved the two balconies. Had a great time. Easy check in and check out.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, it accommodated my entire party for a beach getaway. Just two blocks away from the beach entrance, a Publix across the street, the location doesn’t get much better than this. I would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed - great stay
Plenty of space, exactly as advertised and no complaints. We were attending an event nearby and needed a place for family members from near and far to spend a few nights together. The weather wasn't great during our stay, but we could see how this would have been an even better choice if it had been, with the short walk to the beach and the two nice decks to enjoy. We easily found everything we needed in the house, and it didn't hurt to be just a few minutes drive away from a number of restaurants and the supermarket. Nice house. We'd stay again.

Spacious and great location
We took our teens and friends and there was plenty of room to spread out. Easy walk to the beach and loved that Publix was within walking distance. Boys walked to putt putt one afternoon. Close to everything you need!

Our family enjoyed this house. It was within walking distance to the beach, close to the grocery store and restaurants that we enjoyed going to while at the Outer banks. The house had plenty of room for our family. We spent a lot of time on the cover deck visiting and catching up with each other. Would recommend this house for your family vacation. OBX Girls Weekend
This house is great! It was the perfect size for a girls weekend with 14 girls. We had a fantastic time & it was a quick ~5 minute walk to the beach. Great atmosphere & an awesome place to spend a weekend.

Great house
This is our 2nd time staying in this house for our family vacation. Great location, short walk to the beach. Lots of space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and large table makes it nice to have family meals together. Very cozy sofa, we liked it so much we bought one for our own house. Great place for large family
The house was larger than it appeared from outside view, it was a perfect fit for six adults and four kids. We could have accommodated two more adults. The house was well equipped, clean and in good repair. The kitchen was well equipped which is not always the case with vacation rentals. The only shortcoming in the kitchen was that it lacked a whisk which is not a big deal as it had a handheld mixer. The weather we had was not suitable for the beach but it was only.a short walk to a beach access. Definitely recommend this place.
