\- No pets (If pets are brought without hosts permission there will be a $400 infraction fee and cancellation of your stay with zero refund)

\- A security deposit may be added at our discretion  
\- This home accommodates 6 guest max including infants  
  
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES  
\- Please throw away anything in refrigerators and freezers  
\- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside  
\- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests  
\-Check Out is 10:00AM unfortunately we can not make any exceptions to this time
