The location was perfect with Goombay's right next door (we ate there a few times) and the beach just a short walk across the street without any sand dunes to cross over which was important to us because of my dad. There was even parking on the access road if you want to load up the car for a day at the beach. We spent a lot of time floating in the very clean salt water pool or soaking at night in the brand new hot tub. George was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Access to the owner was awesome and we were very impressed with Betsy’s Pool and the wonderful hot tub! The beach access close to the house was just ok, narrow beach. But safe. There was a restaurant right next door to the property and we enjoyed the good smells and did eat there on Saturday night and was quite the happening hot spot! We were there during Hurricane Idalia and we never lost power or had any problems. We were close to a lot of fun things to do and really right in the middle of everything. Oct 19, 2023 Liked: Check-in, location #### Family vacation We were disappointed that there were not screens in a lot of the windows and all sliding doors. There were no locks on the sliding door and had wooden sticks to put in the door to prevent someone from opening them. The sticks and the area was very moldy so that was the biggest turn off.
