Yes, you can get an actual ocean front spot, but it will be much more expensive. The space was quite comfortable for 4-6 people since it has a pull out bed in the living room. You may even fit an extra 7th person since there is a bunk bed in one of the rooms. I would not stay at this specific location again though. There was a leak coming from the roof in the hallway, and when maintenance came to "help" they said "does it bother you?". They ended up not fixing the leak (thankfully it wasn't leaking consistently, just enough for us to notice). The place is very run down, it's time for an upgrade! There was not a hair dryer or an iron and ironing board. The central air worked but not in the bedrooms so it was a bit warm sleeping. The condo had tile floor throughout but was cracked in several places and grout kept coming out of the joints.
