The Wright Brothers Memorial is a walk or bike ride away through this well-maintained neighborhood with paths throughout. Cross the bypass at the First Street light to easy public beach access. Publix supermarket is also right down the street as well as restaurants like Mako Mikes, Max's Pizza, Goombay's Raw Bar and Grill, and many more. This condo has been recently renovated with all new furnishings, flooring, and including a well-equipped tastefully done kitchen! You will find seating for 4 at the kitchen table, with an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room offers a full-size sofa and love seat, with a 55" flat screen smart TV. The King bedroom is a master with a smart TV and a book library for those rainy days. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a bathroom in the hallway. You will also be happy to find seating on the back deck for 4, with views of the canal.
