Welcome to our newly renovated beach cottage, nestled in the charming Avalon Beach community just off Avalon Drive. Our thoughtfully designed coastal retreat caters to a variety of vacationers, making it perfect for single families seeking an affordable escape, couples looking for a romantic getaway, and small groups of friends in search of a year-round retreat.

Inside, you’ll find two welcoming bedrooms and a full bathroom to ensure a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a versatile twin-over-full bunk bed arrangement, ideal for children or additional guests.

The heart of our cottage is the spacious, well-lit open-concept kitchen and living area, which flows seamlessly to a front porch adorned with cozy rocking chairs and a delightful daybed swing – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a good book. Perfect Getaway

The house was perfect for a quick getaway for our family! It was so adorably decorated and had everything we needed. The front porch was a perfect place to hang while not at the beach! The swing was a favorite!

Wonderful Winter Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The owners were very easy to work with and were always available when we needed them. The home is in a nice community with plenty of places to walk (catch the sunset at the bay about one block from the home). The house itself was very comfortable and very well stocked! We really enjoyed sitting on the porch on the days it wasn't too cold. We will come again for sure.

Great location and neighborhood

The location was close to places we wanted to go to. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. We walked to the beach to watch the fireworks on the fourth. Also walked to the sound to check it out. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved the decor!

Winter at the beach

It was a lovely place perfect for a couple or small family. We brought our dog with us and she enjoyed the visit and beach as well. We caught a cold spell so the beach was windy and cold but we also had it to ourselves when we went for a walk. Overall it was a great visit.

Cutest Cottage

This little beach cottage was perfect for our family of four. We visited our extended family in KDH for Thanksgiving and wanted our own space since our kids are young and on a different schedule than our all-adult family. The house is updated, very clean, and one of the most well stocked rentals we’ve stayed in. They had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and made check in a breeze by allowing us to choose our own code for the electronic locking system. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay with a small group or family of 4-5, we highly recommend this little place!

First Stay in OBX

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks for my husband and myself. We enjoyed our stay at this cute little home. The location was great for being able to drive and visit multiple places on the island. You do have to cross a very busy road to access the beach if you are walking. This wasn’t an issue for us, we just drove to the beach and used one of the public access parking locations. You can also walk to the sound and see the sunset at night, absolutely amazing to see. Very clean unit and great communication from the host. We would recommend staying here!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay in July! This was our first year on the bay side and was no issue. There was plenty of parking next to the beach. The cottage was decorated perfectly. It had everything we needed and more. Literally everything was thought of. We can’t wait to return!
