Spend your precious Outer Banks vacation time on the third level deck of this lovely 4 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bath home and enjoy watching the waves just 2 blocks away. You are so close you might even feel the ocean mist on your face. Spend hours frolicking with your family and friends in the inground pool. The fenced-in backyard also features a huge sandy area for kiddos of all sizes to play! The spacious pool deck features plenty of comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun! When nothing but the beach will do, Bikini Bottom will see you get there fast. This property is only 2 blocks away. Dig your toes in the sand and ride some waves before returning home to rinse off in the handy enclosed outside shower. Fishermen and women in the group can cook up the day's catch on the outside gas grill. The game room on the ground level will see you enjoying each other's company over a game of pool. Or maybe just a quiet conversation on the comfy sectional sofa. The first level of Bikini Bottom features a Queen En Suite, a Queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom w/Twin over Full bunk bed and additional trundle bed. The Queen and bunk rooms share a full bath. The third level, with its cool coastal colors and nautical decor, is a pleasure for the senses and will surely become your family's favorite spot to hang out. The open great room design allows conversation to flow easily between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Throw open the doors to bring the outside in or enjoy a quiet moment while taking in the stunning ocean views. A Queen En Suite and additional half bath complete the third level of Bikini Bottom. This property has 4 parking spots for guests. \*\*Bikini Bottom is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. \*\* \*\*Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. The property was gross. The house and pool were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirty underwear was in the outdoor shower, sand and rocks in the pool, chip and cracker crumbs in the drawers in the bedrooms, empty snack wrappers under the beds and couches, and dishes were put away dirty. The carpet is terribly stained, mattress cover (one specifically) was very dirty with hair. I was assured that the property would be cleaned in accordance with CDC requirements due to COVID, but I don't think it was. I was glad I bought several cans of Lysol and disinfectant wipes. So many amenities and offerings. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Bottom floor was really nicer than expected with a sectional and tv for some relax time. We were not sure how’d we’d like the sandpit off the pool, but it was great! Only negative was that the propane tank was out of gas, and we had planned all our meals around the grill. Also, the pool had a ton of sand in it, but I guess that’s expected with the surrounding sandpit. Not upset enough to take off a star. Really nice to be able to bring your pups too! ##### Candice D. A few disappointments, however, during our stay. We checked in and noticed damage to the doors, and a smoke detector missing. We called to report this and the associate was extremely helpful. Additionally, as others have said there were no bed sheets on the top bunk, and sand on the bottom bunk upon checkin. The coffee maker was dirty (old moldy coffee filter and grounds). My largest disappointment, however, was that the pool was full of sand when we checked in. I called the property management, who assured me it was because we were located by the beach. A fair statement but it was also obvious the sand was all on the steps of the pool. They didn't send anyone to correct the situation, but one day before our departure a pool company came to clean the pool. Once the pool was clean it was wonderful. ##### Heather J. The house is gorgeous and conveniently located to the Beach, Ice Cream, Grocery Stores and other activities. We all had a blast and would definitely plan to return. ##### Nathan S. We were missing a set of sheets for the twin bunk bed but since we didn't need it, it was no problem for us. My family (sox adults) stayed here for 3 nights the beginning of October. Enjoyed the pool as the weather was perfect, all the ladies were in love with the decor and comfort, took advantage of the bikes and kite in the garage! We will definitely be back again soon.
