As an added bonus, the Ocean Bay Boulevard beach access is less than 10-minutes (about 2.8-miles) away with paved parking, a bathhouse, and a lifeguard! You'll find plenty of parking in the driveway and a covered carport. Enjoy easy loading and unloading thanks to the dry entry beneath the home. When you get back from the beach, a convenient outdoor shower is available for rinsing off and you can set your gear out to dry by the picnic table on the patio. Enjoy access to community amenities like an outdoor pool and waterfront boardwalk. Not to mention incredible sound front sunsets! Any questions I had during our stay wee answered directly through email. The property was further inland than I thought but I didn’t know the area. Rental credit was useful but there wasn’t access to bike routes unless you could transport the bikes, but we did have fun riding around the complex. Overall we had a lovely time and the house was very comfortable.
