Located in the desirable Kitty Dunes IV community, you'll have easy access to area attractions. With magnificent surf and beach views, you'll enjoy the best of the Outer Banks throughout your sunny vacation. When you pull up to this incredible beach house, you'll find plenty of parking under the covered carport and the sidewalk. Pass by the Enclosed Outdoor Shower on your way upstairs, so there's no more worrying about dragging sand inside and take full advantage of the conveniently located Washer and Dryer for rinsing off those beach towels in the middle of the week. You'll find the main Entry Way on the Middle Level as well as plenty of space for everyone in your family group to get some rest for another exciting day at the beach. Get settled in the Queen Bedroom with Deck Access and views of the Ocean, an additional Queen Bedroom, or the Bunk Room with 2 Sets of Bunk Beds that are perfect for giving the kids their own space while on vacation. A Full Hallway Bathroom keeps everyone comfortable. And for easy mornings with a cup of coffee and the bright, rising sun over the ocean, step out onto the Large Covered Deck or take your private walkways out to the Dune-Top Deck overlooking the beach. There are few things better than being able to walk directly to the sand from the comfort and privacy of your beach retreat. On the Top Level, you're going to find plenty of beautiful space to spread out and take in the spectacular views of the ocean as you spend time with the people you love. Relax in the Living Area with its atmospheric Fireplace and views of the ocean waves through the windows. Cook up some delicious, fresh, local seafood in the Kitchen to enjoy while you watch the waves crash on the shore as you eat together in the Dining Area. For a little extra privacy, find your escape in the King Bedroom near a shared Full Hallway Bathroom.
