With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 4.5 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer and shower. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Newly built house with modern design!\* Less than 1 mile walking distance to the beach, conveniently close to restaurants, entertainment, golf courses, shopping and Avalon Fishing Pier. Plenty of space to park up to 4 vehicles, with 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans and 4.5 bathrooms , there’s space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. When you step inside the house you'll see a modern open kitchen with dinning space and the living room. Our place is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home, and everything in the house is brand new. Each bedroom will provide a storage area for your belongings, along side fresh linens and towels, hangers and extra pillows and blankets. All the bathrooms will provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner and some bonus toiletry items, hair dryer. Master bedroom is located on the second floor, has a king sized bed, brand new mattress ensuite with shower w/glass door, toilet, double sink. On the third floor you’ll find 3 more bedrooms. One bedroom w/king bed and its own full bathroom, another room with queen bed and third room with 2 twin beds. The bathroom is located on the same floor: tub/shower, vanity with sink, toilet. All major appliances : LG dishwasher, LG Range/Oven, over the stove microwave, LG French Door Refrigerator w/ice maker + water dispenser. The coffee maker makes both carafe and k-cups. The house has wireless Internet, all the bedrooms features smart Samsung Tv's. The game room is situated on the first floor, has a pool table, a smart TV and a full bathroom with tub/shower, vanity with sink and toilet. When there are 2 dogs in the reservation one dog fee is processed thru VRBO during the reservation and the fee for the second dog is billed to you separately thru VRBO request and it has to be paid the day before check in the latest. For the pets: under the kitchen sink you’ll find water/food bowls. A fairly new home that has 4 nice sized bedrooms and 4 full baths which made it very nice when the family was all getting showers before dinner each night. The property manager was very accommodating and responsive. It is also dog friendly so our dog was able to come along too. Oh and super nice beds and higher end towels/sheets too! I would have appreciated knowing that walking to the beach was long, too far. The drive and traffic to the beach was difficult and unpleasant. Then there was not parking.
