Only three of the fifteen units in this building offer a private staircase.The covered balcony leads you into the kitchen, living room and dining area offering a open concept. The kitchen features new LVT flooring throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for cooking including a waffle maker, panini grill, and both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The dining room table has seating for 6 and there are also 4 additional chairs at the bar. You will have everything you need to make meals in this kitchen! And if you are not the chef type, there are plenty of nearby restaurants that you must try including Goombays Grille and Rawbar. There are 2 spacious King Bedrooms, one of them includes a walk in shower, and the other has a bathtub. The mattresses on these beds will put you right to sleep after a long day at the beach. This condo provides free Wifi and Smart TV's are also provided in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo is great, nice space and great deck overlooking the ocean. The elevator was broken but we were notified prior to arrival and it was fixed while we were there. November is off season so we had the entire building to ourselves many nights, very quiet stay. Close to many restaurants and shopping and easy access to everything the Outer Banks has to offer. Linens were wrapped in plastic so we knew they were clean. Condo was very clean and there was a nice gift bag with wine and snacks.
