"Palacina is lovely. Staff goes above & beyond to make sure your experience is confortable. Manager Andrea customer service is outstanding, solving an issue I had on my very 1st night with them, She made sure I was happy & confortable. All reception staff is friendly as well as the kitchen. I enjoyed my Breakfast and my lovely last dinner at the property with them. Rooms are peaceful, spacious & well decorated. Location is great too. Indoor pool is lush. "The staff was very friendly and all in all our stay was good. What I didn't enjoy that much was the smell of food in our room that seemed to come in from the kitchen. Also the room was not very big. Big bed but not a lot of space around it."

"I liked the exemplary reception I was accorded. It was great. I liked how the first cook showed me around/how to get started with serving breakfast. Other cooks just kept staring. I was stunned in the morning to pay Kshs 2000 for breakfast yet it said it was included. What do these terms mean “breakfast included, breakfast available “? I would give it excellent if not for the breakfast which I felt robbed of. "
