It was great!!!
Hotel customer service was very nice. Help us in what ever we needed.
My husband and I come to Hawaii ever year and this is our first time staying here.
We love it!!! Walk out side and you're on the beach.
The view from our room was incredible just beautiful.
We're making plans to stay here next year.
Love the ease of checking in, the convenience of the location and the amenities were wonderful. The only downside was the AC in both living room and bedroom didn't work well, and with it being 90+deg with no trade winds at the time of our visit, it was a bit too uncomfortable both day and nite.
Everything about the hotel was nice, very spacious rooms and living rooms, nice view, nice balcony, nice amenities. I loved the grill set up outside and the feel of this hotel. The only complaint I have is that the cleaning ladies are VERY inconsistent on what time they come into clean. During our 11 days of stay there, they would come in around the usual time around 11 on some days, they would come around 8 in the morning, or not show up at all unless we call them and ask them to clean. All they do is replace the towels and make the bed, but they do not vacuum or clean the bathroom area at all. Overall, staying there was a very pleasant experience other than that.
We all have and will document our experiences very differently. However, I read some of the reviews before staying here and can only say that I had a great time in Maui and was very satisfied with my stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a security presence even though it wasnt needed. The pool was nice and it was 5 minutes or less to the beach. I rode a bike to Wailea and saw the lava rocks, sea turtles, and the snorkeling was cool. I only stayed for 2 nights but had a great time.
Kihei has many big-city amenities, including notable restaurants. Here, visitors can sample Hawaiian cuisine and learn about the state’s obsession with SPAM, the canned meat. Kihei’s beaches—Kamaole, Keawakapu, Kihei, and Mai Poina—are good for walking, swimming, and windsurfing. Makena Beach, south of Kihei, is aptly nicknamed the Big Beach. This beach is 100 yards wide and almost a mile long.
