Our beautiful second-floor, 1 bed/1 bath unit will wow you with its beautiful ocean and lush garden courtyard views, all from the privacy of your very own shaded lanai. The unit has been completely remodeled, complete with new tiled floors, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a fully loaded kitchen.
This unit's comfortable, tastefully decorated living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, smart TV, and oscillating ceiling fan and features full air conditioning. The bedroom has a California-king bed, TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan for you to enjoy, along with a bathroom containing a glass/tile walk-in shower. Now you're living the high life!

From Kahului Airport, it's about a 20-minute drive. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
It is located on the ground floor close to the pool area.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Great sunsets from the lanai

We enjoyed our stay although it wasn't without its problems. The management company was very responsive - fixed a water leak on day 1. The sunset view from the lanai is special, but the table only seats 2 so if you have 4 adults, beware. The grounds are well-kept and the pool areas is nice. The beach is a short stroll and you can walk quite a long way to the north. Not great for swimming and no good for snorkeling but ok for a quick dip. The bed is large and one of the better away-from-home beds we've enjoyed (although a little too firm for one of us!) There are very few "glass" glasses (no proper wine glasses) and the plastic ones were all pretty degraded/opaque and some of the glassware and plates were not too clean and had to be washed before use. Unfortunately, there was a large very noisy family staying in a downstairs unit adjacent to us and they ruined everyone's evenings from 6pm to 9pm for about 5 days.

Great brachfront location!

Location on the island was great to get around and see some of the sights, but was also right on the beach for some more relaxing days. Property was clean and confortable and Pattie was very responsive.

Nice property. Very easy check-in. Beautiful grounds right on the beach. Perfect for coffee in the morning and glass of wine at sunset. Saw whales everyday and watched green sea turtles come onto the beach to rest at night. Nice swimming here for all ages. Didnt cook much but seemed like unit had ample cookware and dishes. Very clean grills by the pool. Within walking distance to many restaurants. 1/2 block to grocery store. One concern that property managers resolved immediately. Would definitely book again.

Great Location

Such a relaxing community to be staying in. The balcony looking out to the ocean was perfection. We loved the soft grass that lead directly to the beach and even saw a turtle sleeping on the sand! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved walking to the local food carts and restaurants for dinner. Thanks!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was close to the beach and near a grocery store and other shopping. Parking was convenient, too, and the unit itself met our needs perfectly. The only reason I didn't give the overall rating 5-stars is because the unit was toward the back of the complex which meant the oceanview was minimal at best. However, that did not take away from our experience and all of the other positives this unit offered. We would definitely stay here again!

Simple Quiet Condo

Condo was great. Had everything we needed. Property was kept clean pool was nice. Beach in front is good. Location is central. We stayed with our two teenagers and the pull out couch was terrible. That was the only downside. Otherwise, I would recommend this condo. Oh, and we did NOT have any insects or ants!

Die Lage ist perfekt für die South-Shore von Maui. Direkt am Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants in Laufweite. Das Condo war in gutem Zustand, das Bad recht neu. Einziger Negativaspekt: Die Kühlanlage des nahegelegenen Supermarktes ist Nachts sehr laut, wir bevorzugen es ohne Klimaanlage und mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen

Amazing location, almost move in ready

What an amazing location! The building itself was well kept, as well as all the amenities. The specific unit I had needed about 15 mins to do a quick clean once we got there though. Some dishes had old food scraps and the counters needed wiping down with disinfectant to kill the local sand bugs. After that, it was exactly what we had hoped for!

Simple, clean apartment with everything you need & a great location

My partner and I stayed here for a week and the apartment was perfect for us. Kihei is a great central location for us to explore all parts of the island. The grounds are very well maintained and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed (beach towels, beach chairs, beach mat, umbrella, cooking/grilling equipment, spices, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the gardens/ocean from the balcony and walking out to the beach for spectacular sunsets. There are AC units in the bedroom and living room. We opted to keep the windows open for a fresh breeze and were perfectly comfortable. 100% would stay in this location again! Thank you!

The Good the Bad & the Ugly

The good: Condo has a soft cooler for guests to use, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas & a few smaller beach towels. It's a very short walk to the Times Grocery store. There is a long beach steps away from your condo, but it is NOT a snorkel beach- it's cloudy. There is a well maintained BBQ, Pool and shuffleboard game on the property. The grounds are maintained beautifully. The photos of this condo are seriously outdated and do not give an accurate depiction of the unit. The furniture is worn out & scratched up. The outdoor furniture consists of a very cheap plastic table and 2 cheap chairs. The kitchen utensils and some of the pots are beyond worn out. We had to buy our own frying pan because theirs had all the teflon scratched out. The steak knives do not cut anything nor do the scissors. The condo had ghost ants in the kitchen - we lived with that for 2 days until we were advised by the property manager that the bug people were going to come treat the units. We had to stay there at the condo to allow them access. The A/C units both make the condo smell like urine - I'm sure that there isn't urine in them but they smell and are both old but they work. The TV is small and mounted right next to the A/C unit so it's near impossible to hear the volume in front of the TV but it's very loud elsewhere. The remote was not only falling apart but it doesn't work for the TV it's self and the batteries were dead. Watching Netflix was a challenge - had to broadcast it from my iPad. The condo was not "clean". If you looked anywhere that was not readily visible it was dirty. The vacuum is close to useless. Needless to say we would never stay here again. I feel that we were fully mislead by the photos. We had no problems with the management company - they are very responsive. We did not call about these items and give them a chance to remedy these things. These are things that should be looked into on a regular basis, especially since there is a fee for the management company that you as a consumer has to pay. Once we are on vacation we don't expect nor want to have to deal with any bs like this. We also do not want people in our space while we are there. What this place feels like is Motel 6 at best. The owners need to make serious changes to charge these prices. We could see in the other units and they were in much nicer condition.

Very nice condo, great location - close to everything. The property is well maintained. BTW, the complex manager is very hard working and seems to do an extremely good job. I, for one, appreciate that there are rules clearly posted and civilized conduct is expected, since all units face the pool (I saw a negative comment from another guest which caused me to wonder, but don't worry -- the place is outstanding, with plenty of fun for all.)

Stayed at this complex many times over the years and this was the worst unit we’ve had. The furniture was so dirty it was disgusting. The pictures show nice bright cushions on the sofa but that is not what we had. I would be ashamed to rent out property in this condition.

Great spot, great place minus fun police

Overall this place was great for two adults. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Easy parking, great location, has dishes and cutlery,, a dishwasher and full sized fridge, and a nice little balcony. Laundry is coin laundry ($2 per load) and can be paid for with an app. The pool is a great size (20m long) if you want to swim laps surrounded by a nice courtyard. There are 3 gas grills by the pool available for use. The beach is only a few steps away and lots of turtles come to rest there. You can easily walk the beach for a mile or two on either side and they are very swimmable (bring some aqua shoes because its a little rocky there). It's right by a Times supermarket in case you need anything and has several coffee shops in short walking distance. Also is nearby the Aztec market for some restaurants and a lot where several food trucks operate. The units are accessed with electronic key pads, so there is no key to carry around. My only complaint is the on-site property manager is a huge jerk to people. The pool rules are excessive (no pool toys for the kiddos except noodles). He argues with several guests while I was there essentially about kids having too much fun without being unsafe. I didn't have any direct conflict with him but saw him get into it with several parents, including insulting them and citing pool rules which were not listed. One of the full time residents there seems to spend his time looking for people having too much fun (like throwing a pool ball! The horror!) and then having the manager be the enforcer, akin to that one classic, pedantic, power-hungry HOA committee member who seeks out petty infractions with a pair of binoculars. Apart from that needless drama (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), the stay was excellent and I would stay there again.

Great to work with - Wish we could have gone

They were nothing short or amazing to work with. Especially since we started as a 1 bedroom, then they managed to find us a Rental property that has 2 bedrooms, plus with the headaches of COVID and allowing us to reschedule. This is our second time booking with them and even though we had to postpone, I highly recommend booking with them with any of their properties
