The condo accommodates four people comfortably. The unit is tastefully decorated with island fabrics and decor, including large screen cable TV in the living room and flat screen TV in master bedroom, large washer-dryer and many personal touches for your comfort and enjoyment. WiFi is included. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all the small appliances needed for your stay and many pantry items. The unit was mostly clean, except for a few things. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and had a musky odor, despite the kitchen itself having new and clean appliances. Very convenient location with awesome patio! Our only struggle was opening the lock box upon arrival, otherwise we had a stress free stay! It is wheelchair accessible (we brought our mom who is in a wheelchair), but just a caution that the cement pathway is quite sloped (coming from the parking lot), so you need to be quite strong to push the wheelchair up! Very much appreciated the communication from the property manager and her arranging for a shower chair for my mom! Colleen is wonderful to work with and very prompt in replying. The kitchen was very well stocked both with dishes/pans and things like spices and ziplocs. The location is perfect - within walking distance to coffee in Wailea Village and The Shops at Wailea. Great view of the ocean from the lanai and a short walk to the pool. Air conditioning was a plus after long days golfing or at the beach. The condo is a little dated but I would take this property over a hotel room any day. Check-in was easy and Colleen was responsive and a great communicator. Mahalo for a wonderful stay! ##### Kelly R. Lovely comfortable and welcoming. Whether relaxing on lanai watching sunset, making a meal in the clean well equipped kitchen, two minute walk to pool, easy drive to beaches, beach equipment, Yahtzee (we like games). It was stocked with everything you would need that you wouldn’t want to bring on a plane for a Hawaiian vacation. There was great communication between us and the host. Clean, well equipped, and in a stellar location. I was there with friends and teens - there was plenty of space both in and outside and all the amenities to take to the beach.
