This is perfect for large Family vacations or groups of friends traveling together. Be together, but still enjoy your own comfortable bedroom and bathroom. VIEWS: Ocean views from nearly every square foot! Panoramic views of the Islands of Lanai combined with the West Maui Mountains will captivate you. Combined with the lush landscape directly in front of the building will help you feel like you are the only people in paradise. In the morning, the ocean is especially tranquil and throughout the day you will be amazed at the transformation of the water into every shade of blue and green. December through April will boast some of the most amazing whale watching in the entire state. You could spend your entire vacation on the lanai, drinking coffee, watching the peaceful sunrise and at night toasting a perfect sunset. REMODELED: The interior of the unit has been upgraded and tastefully decorated. Both master bathrooms have been beautifully renovated. with travertine floors and granite countertops. Inside the fully remodeled kitchen (June 2022) you will find gourmet equipment to make any meal you desire. The living room has modern furniture, a flat screen television and a queen pull out sofa. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and secondary also has a true king size bed and not 2 twin beds pushed together. LOCATION: We are set to the side of the complex in Building 54 and on a high point so one of the reasons for the unbelievable view. Considered "middle" village so around a 5 minute walk to the main pavilion pool and Ocean. We are also a convenient walk to Ulua Beach past the Andaz hotel and the closest Building in Ekahi Village to the Shops of Wailea at a level 3 Block walk. There is a main road (Wailea Alanui Drive) directly behind our Building. There is some road noise to consider when comparing our Unit to others in the complex. It is NOT on the North side of the complex where cars are accelerating up the Hill, but we also recognize that different people have different levels of sensitivity to road noise. We rarely have complaints, but don't want our guests to be disappointed or surprised by this factor. GROUNDS: The Wailea Ekahi complex is spaciously situated on 33 acres of land. Our village is located directly on the Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's two mile ocean front board walk. If you're not at the beach, you can enjoy one of four pools in the complex or the oceanfront pool that makes you feel like you are at the beach. Luxury has an address and when you say Aloha to Wailea you will know that you have arrived! CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy remains firm, because we our blocking our calendar for your dates and don't have the ability to offer to our repeat guests or new bookings. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL GUESTS PURCHASE A THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL INSURANCE, that lets you cancel for any reason, for your vacation! It will cover your vacation for any reason. We had the most amazing stay with Erin at her property in the Ekahi village on Maui. The pictures on the listing truly don’t do it justice! It was even more beautiful and well-equipped in real life. The views were stunning, we had dinner out on the lanai every night and watched the sun go down. We stayed with 4 adults and one toddler and we had plenty of space. Would highly recommend with kids, it was very child-proof and we had everything we need and more (uppababy stroller, pack&play, highchair, toys, cart and more). It was walking distance to the pool and beach area, as well as the shops at Wailea (with great coffee and açaí bowls). Highly recommend. This is one of my favorite places that I’ve ever stayed at. I really hope to come back one day, and I could not recommend it more highly. Here’s why: Outstanding View: Beautiful, expansive ocean views. And two balconies to enjoy them. The first comfortably fit all four adults in our party and my daughter for sunset dinners. The second is smaller and off one of the bedrooms, but perfect for two people to lay down on the double lounge chair, relax, and take in the view. Stocked and clean condo: A lot of vacation rentals don’t have basic appliances. This place seemed to have everything. Tons of kitchen appliances, plus baby stuff (like a pack and play and stroller). Super clean condo too with nice furnishings. Convenient location and nice resort amenities: the resort that the condo is in is beautiful. The grounds are meticulously kept and boast beautiful flowers and picturesque palm trees. The main pool is large, attractive, has a great clubhouse, and is right by the ocean. The resort sits on what I think is the best stretch of sandy beach in Waimea, and it is right next to a paved path that takes you over a rocky beach with pretty views. The host: Erin is simply wonderful to deal with. She is kind, courteous, thoughtful, and responsive. ##### Greg N. Wonderful ocean view from every room, convenient location. Nice pool and clubhouse. It's about a 5 min walk down to the pool/beach (and of course uphill on the way back), but we didn't mind. The condo was well appointed in general - plenty of dishes, pots/pans, new appliances, lots of beach toys/equipment. Wi-fi and A/C worked well. Some lighter weight blankets would be useful as the comforters were a bit heavy for the climate. There are essentially 2 master suites, each with its own advantages. The suite with the desk had a super comfortable bed and more private bathroom (real door that closed all the way although there's a window overlooking the desk that doesn't have a shade). The suite with the balcony had a much softer mattress; we prefer firm mattresses, but were still able to sleep okay. That bathroom also had a window into the bedroom, but it had a shade; however, the door was slatted and did not close all the way, so not super private. ##### Anya L. It was exactly how it looked in the pictures! We loved the kitchen, lots of space and tools made cooking a few meals in so easy. I loved having the washer/dryer in unit, we came home with nearly everything clean! The pool/pavilion area is so nice and we enjoyed many hours on the beautiful beach right in front of the complex. It is close to the road so as long as you don’t mind a little road noise it is perfect. Honestly after a day or so you don’t notice the traffic noise so much. The view is outstanding and close proximity to the pool and beach. Restaurants and shops close by and my son and husband loved the golf courses. Plenty of space with the rooms being on opposite sides of the home (which was helpful since we had an eight month old) and the views can't be beat. A short walk to the beach which was nice. The home was well equipped with a high chair and stroller which was convenient so we didn't have to pack as much. The host, Erin, was fantastic. We'll definitely be back next year. ##### Jeff F.
