Communication was good, there's some portal through the rental company you can access for more information, and they have you sign a separate rental company contract via DocuSign prior to your stay. Everything was pretty clean and the beds were comfy, however some necessities were missing (dish soap, washcloths). Furniture and bedroom/bathrooms were fairly worn and dated (think thrift store/island Motel 6) but it got the job done and views were great. ##### Alison R. This unit however is in dire need of numerous updates and replacements, or a nightly rate reduction. Gouges in the vanity, dingy popcorn ceilings, dirty bedskirt and lampshades. The housekeepers did a great job with what’s here though. The kitchen was fine except both coffee makers didn’t work. I ended up doing a deep clean of the one sort of okay coffee maker as it was ancient and stained. There was a cooler and a few stained beach chairs for us to use. One bath towel per person and only two washcloths for 4 of us?!? No beach towels. Needless to say we didn’t feel like we got value for our money.
