Maui County Mayor has recently (Dec 2025) approved removing several properties from the Short Term Rental Market (over several years) but this condo is not part of that effort. If you come to Maui for the warm breezes that seem to kiss your skin, then this unit -#203 - is just waiting for you. The trade winds that love our area keep you cool and comfy. Not that you need it that much but there is AIR CONDITIONING - and it sure is nice to have when the trade winds take their own vacation! Air handlers are in each bedroom and the living room. Relax on your private lanai where you can watch the ocean and maybe even some whales in the winter months. Kite surfers love the harbor and you can watch them from your perch on the lanai as well. Love the mountains? You can see those gorgeous views too. Go to sleep to, and wake up to, the sound of the ocean lapping at the beach - enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai as the sun wakes up and lights the West Maui Mountains. A glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets, the lights twinkling at Ma'alaea Harbor, and the breeze ruffling your hair, is pure perfection. This two bedroom, two bath 2nd floor condominium will be your home while you explore the magic of the Valley Isle. In winter months, the Humpback whales provide a show you'll never forget - and yes, you can often see them from the lanai - and of course the rooftop! Be sure to also visit the whale museum and information center next door. This well appointed unit comes with a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, REVOLVING PANTRY, and WASHER/DRYER. All of your linen needs are included; the master bedroom and the living areas include flat screen TVs. WIFI internet is FREE OF CHARGE. We were there at the peak of whale season and rented a kayak that we took right out of the bay at the condo and got up close and personal with amazing wildlife! We absolutely loved this condo! We went to the beach everyday and having beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were extremely helpful. Condo was clean, the AC worked great, and it was in a great location. We will definitely book here in the future and I 10000% recommend it to anyone looking for a condo to rent in Maui. This apartment was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys/gear. Location was perfect with the only small complaint being parking can be hard to find(especially with a larger vehicle) in the evening. Host was amazing. Quick to respond to messages both before and during our stay. This was our first trip to Maui and we hope to come back and stay here again. ##### Jodi M. Pretty much everything you need in the condo. The 4 beach chairs and umbrella are pretty well used, but hey, lot's of places don't provide those amenities. (One thing, if you are looking for a place that has a fitness center, this property doesn't have one). Kitchen well stocked with what's needed. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. ##### John J. Condo sited so that with all doors and windows open there is a nice breeze right through it. Never had to use the AC. Lots of supplies and kitchen was well equipped. Close to Kihei road so there is quite a bit of road noise during the day until 10 pm or so. If condo closed up you probably would not notice it. Enjoyed the on site restaurant. Everything was as described with amenities on site and within our condominium,. With poolside and rooftop barbecues, private pool, and a local restaurant within the complex that served amazing food. The location was excellent with access to all shops and amenities just a short drive away and many beaches or parks within 5 to 10 minute walk. I highly recommend this condominium that has a wonderful ocean sunset view with a very lovely host (Sharon) and if we do come back, we will certainly stay again! ##### greg e. Overall such a wonderful relaxing visit. Place was perfect for us and friends to visit and reconnect. Loved that we had access to bbq’s. We picked up some local meat and watched a beautiful sunset. Walking distance to a lot of places. Perfect location to drive to beaches. A very quiet and peaceful place . Condo was clean, and comfortable. Will visit again. Owner was easy to work with and very kind and responsive to any questions I had. . Easy communication and overall such a wonderful experience to add to our trip. ##### Amy B. Excellent view of the ocean. The grounds and swimming pool are well maintained. The sliding door to the lanai is old and could stand to be replaced.
