E Komo Mai! Welcome to 603 Kamaole Beach Royale, our home away from home. We enjoy a spectacular view of the beach, the ocean, and the neighbour islands from the sixth floor of Kamaole Beach Royale, a seven-story building situated right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 in south Kihei. Kamaole Beach #1 is one of three famous beaches within walking distance and was voted Maui’s #1 swimming beach by Maui Revealed, (2014 Edition). Our condo, which we purchased in May, 2019, is tastefully furnished and decorated, featuring original Hawaiian artwork gathered over the many years our family has lived on Maui, Hawaii’s “Valley Isle”. We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private, double lanai, (deck) accessible from both living room and master bedroom. In the last few months we have purchased high-quality linens, bath towels, beach towels, Hawaiiana designer dishware, new lanai furniture, artwork, and living room furniture. Our kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked dinners on our ocean-view lanai. We keep pantry essentials stocked for our guests, including tea, coffee, spices, olive oil, avacado oil, and vinegars. Our master bedroom opens to the double lanai, which overlooks the beach & ocean, and features a queen-sized, 4 poster bed with 800 thread count sheets and custom, designer bedspread. The ocean will lull you to sleep every night. Our second bedroom, facing Mt Haleakalaa, has a queen-sized "sleigh bed", 800 thread count sheets, and custom Hawaiiana bedspread. Wake to see the sunrise over Haleakalaa. We are pleased to offer our guests the use of our many beach toys, including two quality snorkel sets (man’s and woman’s mask, fins, and snorkel) 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, frisbees, various beach balls, and coolers and “cold bags” - great for picnics on the beach or for hiking up Haleakalaa. We have binoculars on hand for whale-watching from the lanai during whale season (December - April). We provide complementary high-speed Wi-fi and toll-free calling to the US mainland and to Canada. Our condo is maintained on an ongoing basis with assistance from our on-island representatives, Orvill and Julie Garren, who make sure everything is in place prior to your arrival. Orvill (who was our renovation contractor) and Julie are available to provide any assistance you might need during your stay. The views from our private lanai are especially spectacular at sunset. At sunrise, the tiny island birds will greet you from the palm tree fronds that reach the lanai, and, if you provide even the slightest encouragement, they will be on the lanai with you. (Please do not let them come into the condo!) Kamaole Beach Royale, is a beautifully landscaped, concrete-frame, and, therefore, very quiet, building. Take advantage of the lovely pool and surrounding gardens, and, as a special treat, visit the KBR rooftop garden, equipped with tables, lounges and commercial grade BBQ’s. Enjoy the 180 view from the rooftop garden and meet other KBR guests over a sunset drink. Or, just chill out on your private lanai in # 603 and watch the sun slowly set over the ocean and the neighbour islands. If you like, try our conch shell on the lanai: it's a Hawaiian tradition to blow the conch at sunset. If you need a conch lesson, take in the free hulu show and torch-lighting ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel in Wailea. (Ask the torch lighter for some insider tips;-) We hope you enjoy our home away from home as much we do. Communication with the owner’s excellent. Views are amazing on the double lanai and are also beautiful on the rooftop. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Everything you need for cooking and going to the beach is all here. It is clean and everything is good working condition. The photos in the listing are accurate. Wendy was very responsive to my worries about recent flooding, which actually did not affect this condo, as it is higher than more northern parts of S. Kihei Road. The double-wide lanai is fabulous for its views, especially at sunset. We were four retired/ almost-retired adults, and we had a great time. ##### Jane G. The location is incredible and the view is amazing. Several times we would just watch sunset and whales from the deck instead of going up to the rooftop or down to the beach. The condo is FULLY stocked with anything you could want or need. Lots of spices and condiments and the welcome package of coffee, jam and Chocolate covered macadamia nuts was an adds bonus. The boogie boards and chairs were helpful on beach days, Washing machine and dryer to do laundry when we needed and a whole host of cooking supplies to feed the family for breakfast and dinner. Location is so perfect, easy walk to some of our favorite eateries and of course the beach is just across the street. Definitely will try and stay here again next time we venture to Maui!!! ##### Bob L.
