Lots of dishes, pans, spices, etc. We appreciated the beach gear too. The grounds were well kept and very pretty. The elevator and garbage chute are very close and convenient. The mattress on the King bed upstairs was a bit lumpy and probably needs replacing. It was hard to find places to store large suitcases but otherwise everything in the condo was great. We felt very safe on the property. However, be aware there are homeless individuals who literally live on the sidewalk across the street from the property entrance. The beach parks across the street (Kamaole) were filled with \*tons\* of people, noise, and litter 24/7 so we chose to drive to other beaches. The politeness of the people, the fun excursions were awesome, the beach was fantastic across from the unit. But unfortunately we got the pleasure of being woke up to demolition on the unit next to ours for two days. Nobody disclosed this was going to happen. The noise was unbearable and we were unable to stay in the unit during those days from 9 am till 4 pm. The property manager was quick to respond but unable to do anything about it other than a small refund, less than one day stay there. They were unaware this was going to happen however the building owners knew and said it had been scheduled for months. We are guessing the owners of the unit knew but decided to rent it anyway, not ok in my book. If not for the construction I would give 5 stars. The property was amazing! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated and very well stocked with appliances, dishes, paper products, etc. ##### Kelli B. The kitchen was amazing! Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were comfortable. Out PMI manager even assisted us with our grocery delivery after our flight in was delayed! The condo had all the amenities you needed! Top of the line appliances. No door on the upstairs loft where the master bed is just note. Rob and Ron show pride in their place, the updates and cleanliness was very appearant. Much appreciated the "guest info book" Gave good insights. The bed was delicious. As stated, the condo was spotless. It's located perfectly along the major hiway , that runs along the beach. The walk was about 3 mins.Don't bother to bring anything other than, other than buying food, the place is totally stocked! From kitchen to makeup mirrors , blow dryers, all aside ( R and R, please sharpen those knives)everything was perfect. But just a little note GROCERIES ARE EXTORION! Plan on eating at the condo if you don't want to spend all your money on food. It was well stocked with towels, coolers, beach items. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
