Enjoy sunny South Maui in our lovely studio top floor condo at the award-winning Grand Champions Villas. Our studio has been renovated with modern tropical furnishings, comfortable king bed, new bathroom, private lanai and upgraded kitchenette facilities to include a larger size fridge (with dedicated freezer), and kitchenette sink. This unit also has it's own washer/dryer. Most striking about this unit is it's affordability considering the Wailea location and the amenities included. This rental is located walking distance to many of Maui's most pristine white sand beaches. There is a three-and-one-half-mile paved beach path that fronts five-star hotels for morning exercise or evening sunset strolls. If your heart desires to just lounge about, there are two gorgeous pool and whirlpool spa areas that also have gas barbecues and shaded tables for pool-side dining. These beautiful accommodations are only two minutes away from the Shops of Wailea. Three renowned championship golf courses and 11 tennis courts surround the Grand Champions Villas providing preferential rates to our guests. Les accessoires mis à notre dispositions était super ex: glacière, chaise, planche pour la plage. Sinon la cuisine m’inquietait Comme elle avait pas l’air grande mais elle est très pratique on avait de tout pour cuisiner on a souper presque tout les soirs au condo. L’espace piscine et barbecue mérite un 15/10 c’est vraiment super et la propreté était incroyable. Le quartier est vraiment beau et près de boutique épicerie et restaurant à pied. 10 min de big beach (notre plage préférée) sinon à 5 min de Wailea beach qui est super si vous avez des enfants. AC wall unit could not be set below 72ºF or it would freeze up and stop working. (Sticker on unit and property manager) AC unit was loud. It started and stopped a lot at 72ºF which was disturbing and didn't maintain that room temp. Room had vents, fans and windows but we rented the VRBO because it had AC and assumed it would be able to maintain a lower temp than outdoors. Also ceiling and 1 table top fan were loud too. As noted in the listing, this studio does not have a full kitchen. It does have a microwave, 3/4 size fridge, and grills by the pool. Everything in the unit was great: comfortable bedding, beach towels and gear, and a private lanai with a table and chairs. I enjoyed bird watching and star gazing from the lanai. The complex is very quiet at night, and you could easily walk to the dining and shopping at the Shops of Wailea. There are excellent beaches nearby that are good for all ages and activities. It’s an easy walk to Ulua Beach, but the walk back to the condo is uphill. Maui is my happy place, and Grand Champions is my favorite place to stay. ##### Karen H. Great location easy to get around the island. Only complaint was that there is no assigned parking spot just have to park in guest parking which isn’t always convenient and you have to carry beach stuff two buildings over. Variety of beaches in area is incredible. Having beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling equipment was a bonus we enjoyed daily.
