Kamaole Sands unit #10301 on the third-floor: Plush new furnishings enhance the living room, with a brand new flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa couch for additional comfort. Sliding glass doors open from the living room to a fully furnished lanai, where you can enjoy an afternoon Mai Tai or your morning coffee while enjoying views of the beach and ocean on an end-unit private lanai.   
  
Granite countertops adorn the recently remodeled kitchen, complete with new stainless-steel appliances and all the kitchen amenities you need to cook in your home-away-from-home. Guests enjoy the use of the oven, electric stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Pull up a chair to the dining room table set for six or bring your home-cooked meal out to the furnished lanai to enjoy in the warm, Hawaiian breeze.   
  
Unique to this condo is a private office space, complete with a desk and office chair for all of your business travel needs. Across from this space, you will find an in-unit washer dryer for additional at-home conveniences.   
  
The master bedroom showcases a continuation of the unit’s elegance and charm and is furnished with a large, King-sized bed with plush pillows, fresh linens, a dresser, and a flat screen TV. Plus, an additional lanai that is private to the bedroom for relaxation and enjoyment. The second bedroom is complete with another King size bed and an en-suite bathroom, custom tilework and a stunning walk-in shower. The other of the two bathrooms is located central to the living space, showcasing the same upgraded vanity and walk-in shower.
