Included beach chairs, sand toys, and cooler were very convenient and in good condition there was even some cheap snorkel gear that was nice to have. The large counter was great to have for our trip. Only complaints are that it was a bit smaller than we expected which is pretty common from wide lens real estate photography so that wasn’t really a big deal . The location is pretty good and quick walk to the beach and restaurants but if planning to exclusively walk during your stay I would head a few blocks south towards beach park 2Something we were disappointed about was the water and ice not working on the fridge. We received a notice right as we were landing that the fridge was broken but that it would be fixed early in the week, unfortunately it never was fixed during our trip and we ended up having to buy ice a few times.The lack of water and ice was a bummer but the bigger issue was the screws left on the ground from work being done on the fridge that I stepped on the day that we got there. I wasn’t badly injured but was concerned what else may have been on the floor as we had a crawling baby with usOverall was a good place to stay especially for a smaller group that was mostly at the beach all day. If you’re looking for somewhere to hang out inside all day I would look else where ##### David A. Looks a little bigger in the pictures but still pretty accurate . Beds are comfy and overall good location as it is close to many beaches in south Maui. Only thing is that the umbrellas and beach chairs they provided are a little worn down and one of them was no longer useable for us after a couple days.
