Unit was clean. Furnishings are a bit dated, but unit seemed priced accordingly. Central Island location north of Kihei which gives you the best place to visit all of the Islands best spots and very close to everyday shops in town. The home is so wonderful - you lay in bed and see the ocean from the master and living room. Having such a large room was wonderful with 2 beds and 2 baths. The one room had twin beds so each of my adult kids had their own bed and I got the master lol! They had great a/c and fans in every room. The only thing I didn't find was any sugar (lol) - but everything else was there including an ice-maker! I will definitely rent again! ##### imnancyb B. It's located on the North end of Kihei, close to everything we wanted to do. This ground floor unit has a nice patio that overlooks the park and ocean. It's a short walk to the water, on a beach that is nice for relaxing. The ocean here is shallow, and the beach has some rocks on it, but it didn't stop us from getting in the water. The complex has a great pool/hot tub area with multiple grilles for guest use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui! Malinee was a pleasure to work with, and very responsive to requests. A great condo, host, and location! ##### Shon S.
