If anything the photos don’t do this lovely condo justice. Feet from the sand, clean as a whistle, modern updates throughout and everything one could need for a fabulous family vacation. There’s no doubt a ground floor space with a lovely lanai is worth every Penny and that definitely proved true for us. Our teens were able to boogie board and play soccer on the sand, and we all played cards on the lanai wile making dinner every night. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beyond well equipped and dark for sleeping. We also loved the proximity to the wailea path and small town of Kihei. We got fresh poke every night from Foodland. The condo was nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. We liked the 'pay it forward' mentality of leaving any unused non-perishable food and drink for the next guests. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and grass area. The views from the condo were amazing and the large screen doors allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian breezes. Do be sure to hang your towels to allow them to dry fully each day so as not to get a musty/moldy smell. Covered parking was convenient, but next time we will rent a smaller SUV to make it easier to access.
