The resort itself has a pool, hot tub, two tennis courts with one that has pickle ball court lines and common bbq area with table tennis. Our extended family had rented three different condos and each was nice however, this one had Air Conditioning, some do not. Shawn had great communication and was able to provide a late check out. I always knew what was needed in advance. He made sure the unit was easy to find and get in to. The condo itself is spectacular. So clean, well stocked, and cozy. Two beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler made our beach days that much more relaxed and enjoyable. Speaking of beach days, this condo is a dream location. Within 10 minutes there are multiple beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. If you wanted, you could stay within a 5 mile radius and have everything you need for a great beach vacation. The location is pretty good for exploring the island. Nothing is in walking distance so you definitely need a car. The information on this resort stated there was swimming and snorkeling at the beach across the street. The beach across the street is not nice or good for swimming and there's no good snorkeling across the street. One thing everyone who books here should know, is there seems to be a war going on between the Vacation rental unit owners and the permanent residents and owners of the other units. The local residents were not friendly and made it very clear they did not like tourists staying there. The feel of the place was not good or welcoming. ##### Steven M. I was only in Maui for a few days but it was the perfect place to stay - close to everything you need. The place was immaculate when I first arrived and it was so simple to gain access (Shawn made the process very easy). I really appreciated all the little extras (towels, bottled water, snacks, beach gear and so much more). As a host Shawn is absolutely stellar - he kept me up to date/informed me on roadworks, what to do on Maui, resort rules, gaining access and checked in to make sure my stay was going well. Hubby and I really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean condo that had everything one could need and more. The lanai was peaceful and lush and visited by fun lizards and geckos.
