I was pleasantly surprised to find everything that I would need and want as if it were my own home. The masterbed was very very comfortable and we slept great. The air conditioning was perfect and kept the entire house cool, and it cooled the house quickly once we turned it on. We loved the lanai and the outdoor seating and hammock! Much thought has gone into this space to make it not only comfortable but also enjoyable for guests. I will mention that there was some tree cutting going on in the property next to us, which is no big deal to our family, but I noticed that from inside the house you could barely hear it. If you went onto the porch, it was incredibly loud with the chipper so close, but the insulation kept it all out. When I rent a home, I’m expecting it to be clean, comfortable and in a good location that makes many things convenient for us. Examples: close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and even touristy shopping. This place checked all the boxes for us. We used all the beach equipment daily (the wagon made walking down to the Cove easy) and absolutely loved hanging out on the lanai for meals. However the furniture in and out is in need of attention. We needed to clean the beach equipment as it was dirty. The location was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves. When we weren't visiting all the sights of Maui, we were able to relax on the lanai and be very comfortable inside the home. The house wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm, and we had to wait an hour to check in. Apparently the previous group left a mess in the house. Nevertheless, the house was clean when we checked in, and it was as advertised in VRBO. The amenities were adequate, and we had a good stay. Other than the missing hairdryer, our stay was pleasant. The beach chairs, surfboards and boogie boards were quite convenient. I would definitely stay there again. ##### Shirley S. The pack and play, highchair, and beach toys made our stay much more convenient and we also really appreciated all of the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, towels, boogie board, etc). We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the yard and lanai were really nice. A short walk from the beach and a food truck pod too! I would definitely stay again. ##### Eric N. They were clean and close to the beach (walking distance). We spent a lot of time on the back deck eating meals and just enjoying the nice weather and birds. The only issue we had was with the front steps. One member of our party fell down the steps on to the concrete. We noticed a few of the boards were broken and loose, which may have caused the fall.
