The complex sits right across the street from Charley Young Beach and a short walk from Maui-Kamaole Beach Park I. The unit features air-conditioning in the living room as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The bedroom provides a queen bed, and a ceiling fan and there is a walk in shower in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with cable as well as a sofa bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are provided for your trips to one of Maui's fabulous beaches. Sleeps 4. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street and literally a 3-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach - voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach #1\. Kamaole Beaches #2, and #3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches. The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site saltwater swimming pools, all pools are available to all guests. 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickleball courts, and gas grills for your use. Tennis and pickleball court reservations are made on up to three weeks in advance. There were some nice beach chairs, a cooler, Snorkels and masks, beach toys and a few umbrellas.We purchased a Tommy Bahama umbrella and left it behind because it was too large to take home with us. The only issue was with ants in the unit. Use some vinegar spray to keep them away kept things very clean and put everything in the refrigerator that seem to help. Great location in Kihei, walking distance to the beaches and a lot of food options. It was nice to be away from the busy main street noise. Window a/c unit in the living room kept the space at a nice temperature-having the ceiling fans on and keeping the bedroom door open helped the a/c reach the bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed the provided beach chairs and umbrella! A lot of amenities were provided and appreciated. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Jeff D. Our check-in was easy and the directions provided were crystal clear. The place itself has very nice upgrades in the kitchen and bath, and is super clean. We literally had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, a small stock of supplies (i.e. dishwashing soap, laundry detergent and drying sheets, bars of soap, paper towels, etc.) and ample bath and beach towels. The beach equipment was nice to have and were in great shape. From boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and buckets/shovels, this place had it all! I highly recommend staying at this condo and will do so when we return! ##### Rene N.
