Maui Vista #2-101 Ground Floor, Pickle Ball Courts, Near Kamaole Beach Park

Maui Vista #2-101 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the ground floor with a tropical garden view. It features room unit air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a California king bed, 2 flat-screen TVs (one with Roku), telephone, and free WiFi. The sofa is a queen sized sofa sleeper. For outdoor activities, Maui Vista #2-101 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, snorkel equipment, pool noodle, beach mats, and sand toys. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street and literally a 3-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach - voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach #1. Kamaole Beaches #2, and #3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site saltwater swimming pools, all pools are available to all guests. 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickle ball courts, and gas grills for your use. Maui Vista is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Our stay in this unit was wonderful! It was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. We had a small issue with the door lock, but it was resolved the next day. I recommend this place for families — it’s clean, has beautiful surroundings, and is conveniently located close to the ocean

Our home away from home

Wonderful location with easy walking to food, beaches, grocery store, and so much more. Kitchen had all the necessities if you buy groceries to cook in. Gas grills were right outside our door, along with the pool and walking path to the main road.

Lovely Place

We have been to Maui several times, always stay in the Maui Vista and first time with this unit. While it could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, we were very happy. The communication with the Rental Company was above and beyond. They were very responsive to our questions and same day delivery for a broken beach chair replacement! Thank you. Will hope to stay here again.

Perfect location and clean

The location of this property is perfect and central to Kihei. I like to walk a lot so we had lots of options for dining and grocery store close by. Not to mention, the beach is a 3-minute walk across the street! It was nice having a water (filtered) and ice dispenser on the fridge door, kitchen is well-stocked and there are two AC units..1 in bedroom and 1 in living area. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Perfect location

Clean, comfortable condo in our favorite location on Maui. Had all of the amenities needed for family beach times. Only complaint was speed of internet, we needed to get some work done and it was nearly impossible with the speed. But again it is Hawai'i so should we really be online?? 😆

Great condo , well maintained grounds within a short walk to watch the beautiful sunsets

We’ve stayed at Maui Vista for the last several years. We always enjoy our time here. Love that the property has three pools to choose from and is within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops. Now we just enjoy going to the beach and watching the sunsets. It’s a great way to take a much needed break.

This is a great room for couples or a family of 4. The room was clean upon entering. The bed was comfortable and the living area was big enough. The host offered many activities for the beach, which was awesome! We didn't have to buy or bring anything, it is all provided! Everything is provided which makes it very convenient to buy food and cook it. Would definitely rent again!

Unit was awesome, very clean and up-dated with all the houseware you might need! Came with plenty of beach goodies to enjoy. Pools were clean and not busy for the most part. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to hopefully renting this unit again in the future!

Great place, great location

Had a really pleasant stay here. Bed is very comfortable, pull out couch nice as well. Apartment was clean, had really nice amenities like beach towels and chairs. Literally a 5 minute walk to a beach just across the other side of the street, great sunsets. Tennis courts were nice too. I would recommend this place.

Would happily stay again!

Awesome location - steps away from a great beach, and a short walk to some good restaurants and an ABC store. And Kihei makes for a good base to explore the rest of the island as well. The condo was clean and in good shape - the fridge and stove in particular were very clean! There were a few bugs, but it's a ground-floor unit in Hawaii, so you need to accept that. The large lanai was worth being on the ground floor. The BBQs just outside the unit were nice, and were cleaned every day. We cooked a lot of meals on them. I had a couple of questions for the property management office and they were always very friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay here again when I visit Maui.

Went to various beaches around the island but always found the one right across the street as the best one to relax at. The front desk was very helpful and there’s an assortment of restaurants, shops, and groceries in the area. Very smooth transaction. Would recommend staying here.

Staff was very friendly and available, making the checking in/out process very smooth. The property was very clean and close to the beach, which was a short walk across the street. There was the normal condo amenities, full kitchen and appliances, two TVs with various channel selection and the washer and dryer. A nice surprise was the inclusion of beach supplies (umbrellas, towels, chairs, and more). While most of the furnishings were new, our only complaint was that the building is a bit outdated; lamps did not reach electrical outlets and the window air-conditioners blew directly into the seating area. The king size bed was a bit soft for our comfort and took up most of the space in the bedroom. With all that said we felt comfortable and safe; we would visit this complex again.
