Loves the view from the lanai. Quiet complex. The washer and dryer were a very nice amenity. We had a faucet start leaking profusely, we were able to reach the property manager right away and Lisa had a crew in there do fix it within a couple hours so it didn’t impact our trip at all. Love that they had a chest of supplies like boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, and flippers. They have made it MUCH SAFER to cross the road by putting in blinking lights(all down KiHei road)This units lanai is awesome and the owners have provided all the chairs and boards and beach towels you need for a day at the beach. Just a walk across to the beach, walkable access to food and shops. The property was well maintained with lots of ameneties. Happy to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen as well as two full bathrooms. The ONE AND ONLY drawback were that the bed mattresses were not very comfortable. Perfectly positioned within walking distance to Kihei activities and directly across the street from Kamaole III beach which was perfect for the kids. Great ocean, and Molokini crater views from the balcony and beach. Definitely a great place to stay.
