Upon entry, guests will feel the welcoming flow in the tile flooring, tropical accents, and consistent rattan theme. Begin the day with coffee or tea in this recently remodeled kitchen as you discuss what is on the menu for breakfast. The sleek new countertops have plenty of space to chop and prepare fresh local fare. This kitchen comes with a four-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and a blender. Meals can be enjoyed in the kitchen at the two bar stools or in the dining room, that has four rattan tropical-inspired chairs. In the living room are an inviting sofa bed couch and a large colorful chair ideal for an evening of conversation or time spent watching the latest shows on the flat-screen cable TV. End the evening by enjoying the lanai that has cool breezes and seating for four people. The bedroom has a dresser with six drawers to unpack and lay their baggage on the baggage rack. The queen bed faces tasteful local pieces and the smaller flat-screen cable TV in the unit. There are two full bathrooms in this unit. The theme under the sea is evident in one bathroom with tropical accents along the border and fish decorative pieces along the wall. This bathroom has a walk-in glass shower. There is ample counter space in the bathroom for guests to place their toiletries. The second bathroom is equally inviting and follows the beach theme. This bathroom has an inviting walk-in glass shower with beautiful tile accents. There is a single sink and plenty of space for toiletries. This guest space sleeps up to four guests. Additional unit amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, two fans, and WiFi. There is also free parking. Perfect for couples and families, Kamaole Sands surpasses other Maui condos in more ways than one. You could get a little view of the ocean from the lanai. Furnishing were dated by generally OK. The place was clean and had adequate kitchen facilities. The check in and check out process was easy. The only real negative I have was the bath off the bedroom had a control which was very difficult to turn on or off. It took all my strength to push in and pull out the water control and my wife was unable to do it. ##### David S.
